is a set of specialized ACTIVEX controls of PACS programming, it has
solved many questions in PACS, such as network connunication,image
browsing,film pring,image activing,read or write DICOMDIR and so on.It
could be used by c++, vb, delphi and other language's development
environments.Because it is easy to use, So, it will complete PACS
programming in a short time.We hoped that through the issue of this
control,impels the development of PACS and serves for medical department
